Attention Customers
Effective January 1st, 2023 Legacy1auto Car Rental will no longer be accepting cash app as a form of payment if accepted there will be an additional 3% fee.
All rental extensions will need to be requested a day before the return of your rental. If you fail to call/text the day before, you will be charged an inconvenience fee.
All deposits will be returned to you less any out of state driving, deposit will be forfeited. Once verified and there are no charges you will be refunded the balance in 7 days from the return of your rental.
- There will be a $35-dollars fee for returns after your pick-up time.
- Smoking is prohibited and a $150.00 fee will be deducted from your deposit.
- If you return the car with less gas then given there will be a $40-dollar fuel charge.
